Effective 30 October 2026. This policy explains how UJN QuickBooks Bridge ("the Bridge"), operated by Robert Arrojo for UJN LLC, handles data from QuickBooks Online.
Only UJN LLC's QuickBooks Online accounting data: reports, accounts, vendors, customers, bills, invoices, payments, journal entries and similar records. The Bridge does not request access to payroll or payment processing.
Solely for UJN LLC's own bookkeeping, financial reports and analysis for UJN LLC's owners. The data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used for any other company.
The Bridge runs on the operator's own computer. Connection keys are stored encrypted. Request logs and a log of each change made to QuickBooks are kept on that computer; request logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
The operator and the people UJN LLC authorises to keep its books. No other party receives UJN LLC's QuickBooks data through the Bridge.
UJN LLC can disconnect the Bridge at any time in QuickBooks Online (Settings, Apps). After disconnection the Bridge can no longer read or change UJN LLC's data, and UJN LLC can ask the operator to delete the logs it holds.
