Effective 30 October 2026. This agreement covers UJN QuickBooks Bridge ("the Bridge"), a private tool operated by Robert Arrojo ("the operator") for UJN LLC.
Only UJN LLC and the people UJN LLC authorises to keep its books may use the Bridge, and only for UJN LLC's own bookkeeping and reporting.
With UJN LLC's permission, given through Intuit's QuickBooks Online sign-in, the Bridge reads UJN LLC's accounting data and creates, updates or voids accounting records when an authorised user asks it to. It never deletes records.
Authorised users check each change before asking the Bridge to make it, keep their sign-in details private, and tell the operator about any suspected misuse.
UJN LLC can disconnect the Bridge at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings, Apps). The operator can also stop the Bridge at any time.
The Bridge is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the Bridge.
